On the bracelet? You can brush it out very easily with some fine Scotch-brite or one of the fiberglass pens. Just lightly brush in one direction. Don't mess around with the radial finish on the case, you'll ruin it.
I have a Mark II. The brushing on the case shows everything. It is also supposed to be a very difficult brush to fix. My advice: just leave it. You are going to get more. It is a very tall case that shows any ding. If you want to get it fixed, find someone very good or have Omega do it. Just know, this is not case you can keep pristine and wear .
It's on the case. I'm sure it looks worse in person. It's the nature of the brushing on this case. It really shows everything. Mine looks pretty beat up at a glance in the light, but if you really look everything is minor.
I wasn't even sure this was a serious post LOL On a side note, I wish I could get that Mk II bracelet for the regular Speedy Pro.
I'm sure it looks "bad" in person. Much worse than a picture will show. The brush effect is really nice, but any slight scratch throws everything off. If you think a few scratches give a watch character, you'll like it. If you're a perfectionist, the Mark II will drive you insane.
Thanks guys! I wouldn't mind scratches, but it's right where I look since it's the front below the time and since it's only one it stands out Maybe I'll get used to it, but it drive me nuts now. I wonder if Omega can actually fix it though?
The problem is matching the brush around the scratch. I'm sure Omega can fix this, but unless it's left in the box, it'll get scratched.
Thanks so should I just only send to omega later like with a service or something when I have more scratches?
