I"m no IT person at all, so if this is a stupid idea, please tell me .
Could we get a map somewhere on the forum of where we all live? It could be taken from the location information that we put into our profiles (not from our IP addresses, that sounds a bit like spooky spying). It would be interesting to get a picture of where we all are. You may need to limit it to people with more than X number of posts, or something, so the map isn't covered in dots! Maybe 176 posts (that is how many I've got) .

So is the depth/coverage of blue the number of posts? Hence a much bigger dot in Brisbane and Gold Coast than Canberra? I was thinking about being able to hover over a dot and it tell me who was there - so if another Canberra person rocks up, without such an obvious name or avatar I could find them! Or if I was visiting somewhere, I could see who lived there.
