Just got a nice thread from a fellow watch enthusiast on Omega Forums, living in Los Angeles. He's tracked down the original owner of his watch, being me with the purchase from an Omega AD in Toronto, Canada. It was my first Omega PO Liquid Metal Titanium on blue rubber strap, purchased Sept 2013.
