Wait till you see the crud that comes out after an ultrasonic bath !
Right now I’m using a crappy one that’s for jewelry in general, it’s not very good, but it works just barely. I also have one from a dental lab (more powerful) but it needs a switch, that must be made of unobtainium, because I can’t find one. I’ll rig something eventually.
Thanks for the reply, I will just have a stab at something on Amazon and hope for the best.
I bought a cheapish one from Amazon and have been happy with the results: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07531F3GW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I usually just drop the bracelet in a fish if warm water with dawn and let it soak for a while- then have at it with a toothbrush under the faucet -don’t drop the endlinks down the garbage disposal 😲
I soak them is Isopropyl or Methanol first then scrub them with a toothbrush. Probably not as good as an ultrasonic bath but works fairly well.
You don't want to use anything BUT cold water, gentle soap and soft toothbrush. Anything else, including hot water, will eventually wash away loctite glue used to secure screws. And that is a recipe for stuck pushers. Speaking from experience as PO owner.
Thanks, I will have a stab at that as it’s much cheaper than the cleaners I was looking at.
