When two B17s flew piggyback ... Amazing story

    I fell across this video today - I had never heard of this incident. Amazing story / tale of bravery + it brings home what flight crews / pilots endured during WW2. Flak so thick the sky was black … unbelievable how people coped on multiple missions.

    I have also visited Hamburg / I was due to go again this year, so at home and abroad I have also seen the scars left from raids. People are very resilient.
