When did you realize that you have a serious watch problem?

    For me it was tonight after cleaning up some of the stuff lying around the house. This is just a small portion after collecting for about 10 years. ::shy::

    A few bands:

    Tools, a small portion of straps, crystals and dials. Not even sure how I acquired 5 polywatches (all half empty) ::confused2::

    No problem on my end. My ideal watch collection is n+1... and no matter how many I buy I’m stuck at n-1. ;)

    Oh, and anytime I think I’m getting close, I come on OF, see members like you with a collection of n^x and I know I’m still fine.

    I’ll know, when I have to move. Right now, my 100 square foot workshop can accommodate most of my stuff. Then there are two safes, and a safety deposit box. Tools, parts, clocks, books, project watches and clocks, benches. Come to think of it, the stuff I have stashed in my garage wouldn’t fit in any one room in my house. I guess I have just now realized I “have a serious watch (and other stuff) problem.”

    After, reading some of the posts on this thread I consider that I don't really have a problem at all (yet). However, I have bought two vintage Omega's since joining this forum...

    hahaha yeah, but out of the 6, 5 are definite keepers. another is something bought on impulse and is a fun one.
