    For starters it has a case inscription. Normally not a deal breaker but this is a monocoque case so you can't just hunt down a new back for it. In addition, I can't tell whether or not the crosshairs are original to the watch. They don't look it but I'm not sure. Me being not sure means I don't bid!

    A gold retirement watch often means they weren't used much. It's personal as to whether an inscription bothers you. Others with more knowledge can comment on the dial.
