100% new as in"made from parts".
The watch didn't exist as a whole in 1968... but those parts did and now they've been put together.

Interesting that the listing states "will not ship to the UK". I wonder if that's a legal issue, because it isn't a vintage watch, or just down to import taxes because it's actually regarded as new and would be liable for duty? Either way, it should be in the New Omegas section of the forum...

Actually that is incorrect. The only part that is from 1968 is the movement, the rest of the watch, case, dial, hands are new production, they are not vintage parts as your statement would indicate, they did not exist in 1968.
