Anyone have any thoughts on this Seamaster 120? The dial and bezel look way off to me. The writing on the dial is silver not white and the font is incorrect. Same with the bezel and the lume pip is missing Are they modern Omega service items, aftermarket or an alternative I'm not familiar with? https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/222975051718
Looks like one of the counterfeits that have been appearing with some regularity. There is a whole thread on the forum about these.
I have seen these listed very often and I wouldnt be surprised if its the same watch, I was going to fall for one about 6 months ago. Sellers are always from Croacia or UK. I would stay away
And now in DIY kit which sold quicker that I could write this post. Are these modern replacements or fakes? https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.com/ulk/itm/153040236186
Looks to be the same one/type. Again the bezel is clearly not right (look at the pip at 12!), and the dial is different to the original with terrible fonts, but the case still looks correct. There are two likely scenarios for me: 1) genuine case with genuine modern service dial and bezel (unlikely). 2) ffenuine case with fake dial and bezel (more likely) However, would someone really go to the effort of obtains genuine cases and faking these?
