i bought this omega seamaster chronostop for £1100 then had it serviced with new crown and main spring at a cost of £220. i put a new hirsch strap on it for £70. it comes with a certificate from the omega archive dating the watch to 1969 but its in german
im not sure i like the watch anymore and would like a speedmaster mark 2 or 4.5.
what would be a fair price to ask for the watch and wheres best place to sell? would appreciate anyones feedback. ebay 030.JPG ebay 023.JPG ebay 036.JPG

An ebay search on sold listings, the kind which would take you all of 10 seconds to do suggests that these go for between £800-1100 when in decent nick. That would seem the best place to sell it.

I have seen some being advertised for 1400 usd and upwards, but I think that is a little optimistic. I have the same model with same bezel, although I have an original leather strap for it. I think 1100 quid would be close to the mark and anything more a nice bonus.

Thanks everyone. I'm just not 100% about it but will see about selling on here as always seem to have problems when selling on ebay
