It's worth the price? it's truly on original parts? asking for advice https://www.chrono24.pl/omega/vinta...168033-stainless-steel-bj-1968--id4439615.htm thanks in advance !
You're going to have to give a conversion for the price - £'s or $'s And you would need to find out more info like the movement type before you'll get any meaningful comments on originality
It's an ST168.033, which should have a cal1001 inside. The seller is a Munich retailer in the jewellery/arts area of the city. So you're paying a little extra for that. As Peemacgee says, hard to tell how original it is without seeing the insides... Worth adding for a movement shot.
5,436 Polish zloty converts to about $1,418 US. A little high for that watch, though everything on the outside seems in decent shape.
Connies with this case style and font type and cal variant aren't yet as collectable as the earlier versions and so haven't reached that kind of price bracket yet That is definitely retail price It depends on personal taste but I would be looking for a 'classic' Connie for that kind of money
Next to that: from the look of the (not too good) pics, it seems like the case has been re-done (sanding paper?). Lugs look polished (no real sharp edges), but at the same time with the 'matted' finish. Unoriginal crown. Thread carefully. And buy for approx USD750-1000 a nice C-shape with cal 7XX...... (I just did one of my very old Swatches-to-f-around-with with 2000 grain sanding paper too and got the same effect) My2Ksh
If you particularly want a Connie try to pin down the style(s) you like It helps to focus the search There is a great show and tell Cinnue thread - and look at Desmonds Constellation collectors blog
if you're looking for a nice vintage Omega (not necessarily a Connie), there's always @JohnSteed's https://omegaforums.net/threads/ome...or-set-in-great-condition-14k-on-steel.41028/
