What would you pay for this vintage 1970s Omega?

Hello

I found this beauty at a watch store in Finland. Seems to be a watch from the 70s and designed for Finland. There's a date from 1975 inscribed on the back.

Dial shows sufficient scratches but still looks good.

The other may be around 650 euros. That seems steep for a vintage watch that's only in fair condition, not 'good'.

I can't figure out how to identify this model. Is there some place where I can look up Omega watches that were designed in /for Finland? Does anyone recognize this watch?

Also, is 650 euros a fair price for the watch? Strap is worn out but the seller will replace that if I'm purchasing. I was thinking that 500 euros may be a fair price?

Nothing and here's why, the gold-plated case has severe were through of the plating all over it, it isn't financially viable to fully strip and re-plate a case like that due to the labor involved so its just a waste of money. If it were stainless steel, or a perfect un-worn gold-plated case its a cool reference but this is a flogged-out watch that isn't worth owning.

I wrote about these here: https://stories.omegaforums.net/elegant-70s-vulgarity-omega-jumbo-geneve/
