I don't know, but since CUT is used in operation of aircraft, would it not be necessary for the watch to read 24-hour, time? Come to think of it, I am certain modern aircraft would HAVE to be equipped with 24-hour timekeepers set to CUT! Does a pilot really even need a watch for other than to get him to work on time, or to hook up with the cabin crew for the after-flight party!
