Wearing an X-33 but can't tell if it is a 1st or 2nd gen crown.

It's more complicated than you might have thought...

So 2nd gen - but what on earth? Never seen someone with two watches on the same wrist that way. Interesting setup. Can't identify the second watch though.

And in looking at that first picture again, I'm pretty sure he isn't wearing the double watch setup there.

That's because there's no one quite like Buzz.

The other watch is a gold-cased Omega chronograph, someone else will likely chime in with the reference.

It's almost certain that he's wearing the double-watch setup in the OP's photo. It's one of the things that makes Buzz, Buzz.

He's had the 2 watch set up for a while now

    August 2012
"Dressed in a senatorial blue suit and a colourful tie with planets punctuated by several badges, on his wrist was an interesting looking watch that had not one, but two dials on the metal bracelet. A gold chronograph sat on his wrist, while around the back was another dial"

    This is freaking awesome.

Take note @Mad Dog, something to strive for...

I would love to do this with my Gemini4 and my Seamaster 300 ti CM.

Count the number of links that you can see on the X-33. I can see 3 distinct ones in addition to the endlink, which is less than the number between the two watches otherwise. Obviously it could be that he moved the watches around, added links, etc.

What brought you down to the sunny Southwest? I lived in Tucson for 36 years until I moved to Chandler - about 85 miles North of my old house - in 2014. The heat was fairly extreme yesterday - I had a reading of 115 in my car, and 118 at my house. Official was probably lower.

Scheduled layover for the flight and cabin crew (I'm a pilot at Delta Air Lines). I like Tucson...Dunkin' Donuts is well represented in Tucson.

What's well represented actually mean? Just took a quick look locally and counted 47 DDs in the Providence RI area alone. Never mind the rest in the other towns. Another 12 in my area. For such a small state, we love our DD.

As for the set up Buzz is wearing, genius. Pure genius.

I was going to say something similar, that perhaps Mad Dog has never been to New England. There's 27 locations within 5 miles of my ZIP code. I used to stop at #14 for years on my way to work, and then #2 after I moved, but I grew to not care for their coffee and now make my own at work with an AeroPress.

Just one DD (within walking distance of the overnight motel) is "well represented" in my book. Tucson, AZ was good-to-go...it only took me 30 minutes to walk to a DD.

Providence, RI was fabulously ridiculous...we overnighted downtown several months ago and I visited two DDs within 200 yards of each other...AWESOME.

They've just started expanding into Southern California, so they certainly aren't "well represented". But one of the first locations is literally across the street from my house. Sometimes I laugh and sometimes I cry.
