·I'll let the experts weigh in, but I'm not sure that is a legit Omega. If it is, it looks like it would be a quartz model from the 1970s.

·To me looks authentic but of course you will have to open the watch to get all the info from inside of the case back.

·Googling "omega de ville quartz rectangle arabic 1378" brings up the same watch, but I didn't dig deep enough to check the serial
Some quartz variations are very rare, and they are usually silent performers - there's a high chance it'll still work after that water intrusion
