Saw a coworker sporting this watch today. I think its a speedie but anyone have any guesses?

I think we can possibly make a new record at a GTG. Have a chain of people taking wrist shots and the last person has all of the wrist shot takers in the back ground of the wrist shot.....

The NATO looks aftermarket though.
Too rough looking to me to be genuine Omega. Could be the photo though.

 

As 2 people have said also not an omega NATO as the rings are the wrong profile
