In honour of @ulackfocus' recent displeasure with all the Speedmaster threads, I thought I'd post some of the other watches I have... there's a longines, seiko, berthoud, iwc/pd, fossil auto, timex, certina, Botta, glycine, an Omega. There's a few more scattered around, but anyway, there you go!

For the speedy-centric folks out there, what else is in your watch box?

I never said I was finished yet.. ;)

There's at least another 6-7 kicking around the house.. some citizen aviation wannabe watches, a gshock, the seamaster sparkle, the Deville GMT, a 105.001, an MTM, a Waltham, jeez.. I don't even know if I could find them all! ;)

So, seems that speedy people favour tool/sport watches, but there sure is a lot of variety!

I've shown most of my stuff on the MB before, so there's no sense taking up space with a re-run. Thirteen Omegas, eight Rolex, a dozen or so Accutrons, a few Bulovas, a few US Hamiltons, and a Swiss one, one Certina, three Hamilton Electrics, a few LED digitals for flavour, J W Benson (Tavannes), one Longines, one early 1960s Timex Electric (Durowe of Germany), a few other assorted wrist watches, about 50 pocket watches including Hamilton, Waltham, Elgin, Illinois, Keystone Howard, E Howard, (two of my 13 Omegas are Brandt CCR, 19-jewel, 16-size, railroad grade models), and one Hamilton model 21 marine chronometer, and one Hamilton model 22 torpedo boat chronometer. AND a dozen or so clocks, including two Seth Thomas Worlds, one Seth Thomas gallery clock, one Canadian Pequegnat Pantheon mantel, several 400-day models, one mission style wall clock, one 1911 Junghans mantel, and a New Haven tambour mantel. Sorry you asked? :D

How could I forget? Four or five Gruens! And my spouse has a dozen or so watches, mostly karat gold, including one Rolex, four or five Omegas, several Gruens, and she has her grandmother's 1894 Ansonia "Boston Extra" mantel clock, vitreous enamel on a cast iron case.

As you can see I'm on the husband sofa waiting earning watch-points while Mrs. Fruit devastates (not decimates look it up) the inexplicably expensive shop she has persuaded me into visiting.

My small collection is in several locations right now, but off the top of my head, my non Speedys are:

    - Omega "Bond" SMP 2531.80
    - Omega "Sword Hands" SMP 2254.50
    - Omega Aqua Terra 2500 2504.80 - which I wore at my daughter's birth
    - Seiko Sport Divers (c 1969), which my father bought on my parent's honeymoon
    - Swatch Irony (c1990s) - the first analog watch I bought for myself, and worn regularly for decades
    - Motorola Moto 360 - which I consider more of an extension of my mobile phone than a wristwatch

As long as those shops have a nice comfy couch for us guys, I'm ok with it.
