Looks like a re-badged Lemania watch. Since they made the movements for the Omega version, it would be an easy switch. Can't say if the dial is an original Omega or a repaint as I'm not familiar with these. I think the Omega version would have had the familiar rose color on the movement. Take care, gatorcpa
