Looks like a Calatrava with its classically simple and sleek appearance. I'm sure someone here more knowledgeable can chime in and provide exact ref details.

I’ve got serious questions about it. Look again at the dial. Specifically the furnitures relationship to the minute and hour dots.

No worries it may be the compression on the photo. Hence why I said I have questions. You have to admit in the photo things seem misaligned, not something you’d expect in a Patek. But it also could be the compression on the jpg. Specifically I was looking at 8 and 9.

Sorry if I offended you that was not the point. It was something I noticed.

I think the question means the center of the index and the dot are not in a straight line.

But when I take a pic of the top, the bottom looks off , must be the way I’m holding it something ?

It's a Patek reference 5107, hard to tell from the pictures (true color) but appears to be yellow gold so it would be a 5107J.

Question - Does it come with the original Boxes and Papers, especially the Certificate of Origin?

I'm guessing that you're aware that you can get an Extract from the Archives from Patek.
Much like Omega, just send them the serial number and a similar amount of money. All of which can be done online.

I'm pretty sure that is genuine and not a fake.
