Gah, my eyes! You should have put a warning up that this contained a graphic image. That is sadly an old pocket watch movement that while minding its own business was kidnapped, skeletonized by some madman and then shoved into a cheap case to make a quick buck. Somewhere there is an old case waking up in tub full of ice right now with the weight of what has been done to it slowly setting in.
