It probably had the auto bridge switched at some point. It also has (or had) rotor rub due to a worn rotor bush or axle. Looks like it needs a service anyway as it appears to be dirty so that could be fixed at that point.
It's not a good idea to put it face down (as it appears to be) as the hands, dial and central seconds pinion are all very delicate.
Is it from a watch of yours or did you just buy the movement?
