I wondered if anyone could help me?
Just added this 165.024 to my small Omega collection.
I really like the fabric strap with a 1039 clasp.
I've trawled the Internet looking for a similar strap but with no joy ( most fabric / canvas straps seem to be NATO straps or have a buckle ).
Could anyone tell me more about the strap and where I may be able to get another?

The Strap Smith.com,funnily enough I came across the site yesterday becuase I am trying to find a replacement strap for a watch. I am sure they could make one for a deyployment strap if you contact them

 

Where's the strap being deployed to - Iraq? Syria? Of course, you could always send a strap with a deployant clasp on deployment with a soldier.

 

These straps are flexible, you can deploy them to many places, but I think they would prefer the caribbean to syria or iraq.

Haven't made a strap in a while, but might give this one a shot. I still have some grey canvas. Will post back the results.
