Looks real to me. Worth about Gold scrap value plus $50. Ladies vintage watches have very little collector value.

The watch is worth whatever you are willing to pay for it. If you are buying to resell then that is a different matter. I have been casually buying watches for a very long time now and found to my own amazement that ladies like brand new shiny watches in fancy boxes rather than used watches, no matter how good the make.
