What is this? I want one! (strap changing pedestal)

In the video here (bottom left), they have a little, cushioned cylinder that seems to hold the watch in place as the new strap is installed. Does anyone know what this wonderous item is and where I can acquire one?

I think you’re referring to the watch makers casing cushion in that video. It’s designed for watchmakers to work on watch movements without fear of scratching the crystal.

It's a casing cushion. It doesn't really "hold" anything, it's just a safe place to place the watch when changing straps, etc.
