Some of the Suverans had similar casebacks.

 

The back looks newer than the dial would suggest

 

Crown is wrong, dial refinished but case is perfectly correct.

 

Would the dial have looked like it is?

 

Hard to say exactly what it may have looked like as there were many different dials offered during this period. I have seen them with Roman numerals.
