Given that you have his address It's unfortunate he's in Iceland where there doesn't seem to be a significant OF presence. If this happened in somewhere like the UK we could form an OF posse and go liven him up. In all seriousness, if you have his address, correspondence and proof of delivery, along with his claim that the package you received isn't what he sent, aren't you at least covered by the shipping insurance.
