Pursuing a 145.022-74 i found this on the bay. The serial seems to start with 27xx xxxx, dating it to 1969... But knowing this and being OK with that is one thing. But what's wrong the dial? It doesn´t look to be correctly in place. There's also a defect around hours 6-7... Why do you guys think? https://www.ebay.de/itm/Omega-Speed...=item5d879d3ca7:g:2Z4AAOSwyABcZFWg:rk:19:pf:0Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Replacement dial (or repainted). See the long indices, lack of step and painted logo? That combination was never fitted as std, most likely it a pre-luminova era service dial. The bezel looks very new too. These are also available as replacements I think.
I would also suggest that this is a redial. Original 74 dial: OP‘s dial: I would also say that the telemetre bezel is a service replacement. Btw. isn‘t a telemetre bezel with miles as unit an oxymoron?

The caseback is from a 145.022-74 though. The dust cover is a service replacement part. The dial is also damaged between 6 and 7. This is a parts watch in my opinion...
I also would guess it is has been pieced together with spare parts - note the sellers username "vintage_watches_and_spares"
Thanks, More pictures: (taken from the Ebay auction) The caseback is 145.022-74. That's kinda the only thing that's certain it seems. I don't understand the dial. Long indices, lack of step and painted logo was never delivered standard. But could it still be a genuine Omega service dial? I could certainly live with service parts, but there's a little bit too many red flags in this one i fear
Mid case is FUGAZI. Movement cobbled together from pieces. There are many Soccer Timers in that serial range. New crown & pushers. Avoid.
