Hello !
Im curious what the SLF stamp stands for, inside my case back. Have not seen that stamp before on any Omega case. I tried to do some research, but I’ve never found a clear answer. Any one who could confirm what it means?
Best regards / M

Maybe the signing of a watchmaker who serviced it in the past? Making a wild guess.

I know this topic has been discussed controversely in the past but I do not remember where...

As far as I recall correctly somebody mentioned this SLF were a code for a certain SS alloy and has nothing to do with Swedish airforce or any other military connection.

In aviation it stands for "Self Loading Freight", alternatively known as "passengers". My apologies that this doesn't help, I went looking for case manufacturers but haven't turned up anything yet.
