This one dates to 1984, and although the dial looks original to me, I’m a little concerned that the hands are factory replacements. I know that hands can age slower than the dial, but do they look too white to the trained eyes on this board? It’s priced at around 4k. 36DD817D-644D-47B6-948A-5D3912A5F663.jpeg 2BDD89A1-1E05-4D95-8BA7-C68932A6CCFC.jpeg CBAB3F98-0DD6-4979-9046-412DE350FF36.jpeg F484BEFE-76B1-45DE-AEB3-659DD18CB995.jpeg B7705E05-95BE-4CDF-94D1-E4D5B553BD0D.jpeg A0EE1E60-C939-4A8B-9F49-23D58E49DB84.jpeg C67BC60F-C0EE-4411-8E35-C63919847EDE.jpeg AD633D9B-5640-415C-8FE6-565AA1768BB8.jpeg 1EB1860D-9F26-4A2F-8033-6326E640048A.jpeg 153492BD-A2A6-4B6E-B1DC-EBB28E543FCD.jpeg DCDFF3AA-75F9-4B0D-A0BF-145FF60F42EF.jpeg A1F6E889-8EAD-4E42-A484-488D90E1C5D3.jpeg EB6F7B48-B99D-42AD-9AD0-8F6239CF8C2C.jpeg C63EED38-85D9-4004-93E9-7366998AFB75.jpeg 9880538B-6096-44C8-AE53-9F2627D888B4.jpeg DC142E74-337F-4473-9C69-B5185E9BCC2F.jpeg 69811538-BB7A-4CF4-8CC7-0DB117844B77.jpeg 0C42B486-5655-4278-86EB-2F88A09EC0AB.jpeg ED154A66-F554-4E63-A689-BC1E4B4439C6.jpeg

Are you sure it's from 84? Looks more like a mid 90's model to me.

The warranty card also says '95!

    4K what?

Personally, I can’t see much advantage in buying a 90’s version with replaced hands for as much money as a brand new hesatite Speedy (grey market). The 1479 bracelet is a minor plus though.

The dial is nice-looking, but the watch would be more appealing if the hands matched the dial. If that doesn't bother you aesthetically, then go for it.
