I've been offered this watch and I like it a lot. What do you think about it? It's a little cheap, and that brought me some doubts. What do you think about it?

How much would you pay for it? It'd be my first watch. Thank you very much.

Can you provide more pictures? Ideally, close up of dial, case back (both sides) and movement.

Looks like it was stored in a toaster oven.

On the surface, it looks like an attractive case and an extremely patinated dial, making this a love/hate watch. On one hand it's case condition will attract a lot of interest and on the other hand, the look of the dial will turn a lot of people off. I'd hate to put a value on something like this, but I would love to hear what the asking price is.

The bracelet is awful - an aftermarket addition extremely commonly found on vintage watches.

I'm going to take a wild guess (after seeing the tag in the photo) and say 299, in some currency.

Also the crown is incorrect and looks to be corroding. Definitely want to consider swapping that one out with a correct one.

I'm not sure it is incorrect. These early Calendars use a "bowler" type crown...

It's certainly better than originally thought. I couldn't tell on my phone that it was a textured dial.

Looks like a steel and gold shell case in decent shape. Likely a caliber of 355, date at 6:00 model. Dump the bracelet.
The “wafflle” dial likely originally looked like the one in the image, here.
