I have seen a 224106 which is very similar, but not a 224105. Dial is original, a little aged but acceptable. I don't believe that dial started life in that case and movement combination. I don't see a serial number on case back which is unusual (usually when watch parts are provided to other manufacturers by UG) and the exceptionally clean 386 caliber is quite unusual. Clues that is is some sort of marriage are the movement retaining screws that hardly touch the case (the caliber 285 would be a much better fit as it has a different base plate which would accomodate a movement ring/spacer).

The above are a give away. Needs a little research but agree that it has been put together.
