Seller's pictures - I'm a little iffy on the font on the dial, but do the printing on the other parts of the watch check out?

What year is the one you're considering?

 

The serial is 6795003 - so around 1943, I believe.

 

I would require better photographs to be completely certain though I am quite confident that it is a redial. The Longines font does not look correct. Also, the case is over polished and the crown is incorrect. Here are the fonts of two Sei Tacches that I own.
