Does the dial look original? I found a poster with a very similar design. What about the seconds hand?

The crystal presumably is warping the subdial.

Looks legit, but second hand probably is a replacement.

Hi, I agree that it's a filenios, not an Euroos (which doesn't have the crown integrated in the case and is less square).

Here is the Filenios in a 1937 Italian catalog :

The dial of your Watch looks legit to me even if the second hand railroad appears small. However I have one with the same small railroad in my spare parts drawer (wit hheavily polished case).

 

No, the case looks very well preserved, still with crisp edges.

Here are some of my own shots... Don't mind the cheap strap. I had nothing else at the time. Should have just taken it off.
