dibs! And congrats. One of my favorites and one I hope to have in my collection some day. If I may ask, what did you learn in your hunt for one? A few things I have found is that there isn't a ton of info on these, that there is a good deal of variation in the relatively small quantity made, and there seem to be a lot of re-dials and frankens. Any tips on what specifically you looked for?
thanks @gophishin ! there are definitely a lot of fakes and redials out there for these Rancheros. Best thing I can suggest is to check here with experts before buying. Other than that, study carefully, be sure to know which movements come with which models and if things are looking too nice, they probably are. Another tip, buy from a verifiable collector if you can. Might cost a few bucks more but will be worth it..
Quite a difference in price though.. much as I love mine, I'd didn't pay +10k for it... maybe one day it will be worth that much.
