So I was looking through pictures and remembered this watch that I had a little while back. I am not yet familiar with the vintage stuff so I thought I would post up the photo and see if you guys could help me out.

I know it had an 861 movement and I think the bracelet said 1972 but that's all I remember.

Is it possible to get some insight of which Speedy it was? This is the only picture I have. Does it look correct, etc? I just want to know how much I should regret selling it for what now seems like a very small amount.

I had to sell it to pay for my ex wifes house payment and still regret it.

Not sure what watch you have there but the bracelet probably had 1172 on it and not the date. If it had a 321 movement it would be worth more. I am sure you know that there is no point in pondering over what you could get for it today unless it is a rare watch and worth millions, it is gone but maybe you could buy a replacement. Knowing the reference number would help those who love these identify the watch.

Do you remember how the back looks like? It's either a 145.022-69 or 145.022-71.

    Yep, an early 70's model.
