CONCLUSIONS
If you are reading this message and are regularly reading/participating in this forum, you are part of an outstanding and truly global community of watch nerds. Good on you.
Members in
The United States continue to be well represented, where
Texas made the most gains at the state level. The
UK came on strong to overtake
Canada, while
Germany just pulled one ahead of
Australia.
Remarkably, still
zero (0) members pinned in
Russia or
China. Not to say we don't have any – just no pins to show for them.
Italy and
France also continue to show poorly, ...yet another casualty of the misguided decision to dub instead of subtitle all English language film and television – a disadvantage their German counterparts managed to overcome.
It's worth remembering this is not an accurate or scientific representation of all registered OF members. Far from it. We are looking at a small subset of members who cared enough to pin themselves for the purpose of strengthening what is a pretty remarkable community.
Dropping a pin can help to better facilitate area GTGs, face to face transactions, ...and can improve the odds of your helping or of being helped to navigate a general "oh shit" moment
like this one. What comes around goes around.
So if you're a newly active member and you're so inclined,
it would be great to see some more pins dropped. Here is
some general guidance as to what this is all about and exactly
how to do it. But please, remember,
...no home addresses.

Anonymous pins were culled for this last count and will be regularly removed going forward. Anyone needing an outdated pin removed DM me if you've forgotten your login details and can't make it happen on your own.
