I have this beautiful vintage Omega watch, but I was only able to determine its approximate making date using the serial number: about 1938-1939. I couldn't find any other information on it. Please help, what model could it be, or what else can you tell me about it? Thanks in advance!
Dial may be original although badly damaged. Movement is beat up. Not sure about the case--reference/serial number is usually on the inside of the case back.
I couldn't find these hallmarks either, but I saw they are not Swiss. I think the dial style is much like this one, except for the sub second and the black part: https://www.vtgwatch.com/omega-14-k-solid-gold-26-5-sob-t-2-vintage-watch-1938-serviced.html I tried to look up at the Omega web page, and I think the CK 2064 resembles mine very much, doesn't it? Except for the second hand. https://www.omegawatches.com/planet-omega/heritage/vintage-details/20561/
As the case is not Swiss made, you cannot find an exact match with a reference number, though sometimes there could be close relations.
I did some research on the Internet, and came to a conclusion, that the upper hallmark (with the digit 4) is probably a Hungarian hallmark for 14 carat gold used between 1937-1966. So most probably there was the movement with the dial and hands made by Omega and exported, then they were cased in Hungary by a Hungarian watchmaker. Thanks for the help!
