I can't seem to tell what band this is. At first, I thought it was as traditional NATO, but I don't see any rings. It sort of looks like the G10 Nylon Vintage Bond, but I haven't seen that buckle on any of the ones I've come across. Any ideas?

My guess is a nato with the inner strap removed and the strap cut down, or a 1 piece "nato" aka 3 ring zulu/Nato, with the strap cut down.

something like this but with a different buckle

It's def not a two-piece based on watching the video. I think it might be a one-piece as noted above. Perhaps it's been modded.

Could be one of those Zulu Divers like you can get from WatchGecko. They're under the NATO section. IIRC, they are also referred to as RAF-style straps.

Reminds me of mine. Just an old RAF strap.

Closest I've seen is one of the old Corvus "official Bond" straps, which is just a single pass nylon strap in bond striping pattern with heavy duty buckle and fabric keeper:

Corvus is no longer around but you can probably replicate it by purchasing any old "Bond" pattern single pass and replacing the hardware with something nice, like from Hadley Roma, Hirsch, DaLuca, etc.
