I really like the straps from Accurate Form out of Japan. They use really tight stitching, which looks great. I have several pig skin ones in dark brown and natural. On the explorer with curved bars and on the Mark XIi.

I'm also a fan of Accurate Form, especially for vintage. Good quality, fairly thin, and they come in at about $50 per strap.

Thanks for posting this. I checked out their website and I like the look of their straps for vintage watches. Now I just have to remember the name.

Artisan. Not inexpensive, but the highest quality straps that I’ve seen from any manufacturer, many choices of materials and colors, and they also do custom work. I also like that all of their straps come with quick release spring bars so no scratched up lugs.
Artisan in Sydney?

I ordered from Genteel about 3 weeks (he said it was about 3-4 week lead time) and what drew me to them were the options of color, style design you name it. A little more pricey than other companies but it’s about as custom made as you can get. Once I get I’ll post it

Yes.

I just grabbed this recently.

NAVY SHELL CORDOVAN (PADDED) LEATHER STRAP

Looks to be very well made and the feel is very subtle. Haven't had time to do a proper assessment yet, but I doubt I'll be disappointed.

I have the same strap in black. You won't be disappointed. The quality is excellent IMO. I have a number of Artisan straps and am pleased with all of them. The materials and workmanship are top notch and they hold up very well over time. Not inexpensive, but certainly less expensive than brands like Hirsch.

Are you asking about Artisan straps? If so, the answer is yes. And if they don’t have something ready made in stock, they will custom make anything that you want.

I like them a lot too, but European VAT import taxes and flat customs admin fees in my country meant that each strap I purchased on my first and last batch ended up costing about 75 euros a piece instead of 50.
That was a bit steep, that being said I’m glad that I still have a couple spares from that grouping.
Their Horween straps have great colors and lovely textures with a very fine vintage style box-stitch.

+1 on Accurate Form as well. They also have a nice off-the-shelf selection of open-end box-stitch straps, for those of us contending with fixed-lug cases:

Looks great. I'll have to opt for one of those with some color next time.

That grained calf you posted above also looks very nice, in all they offer a great variety, and superb quality for excellent value.
