Hearing rumors new 300MC is this month along with other models. Who has any idea what we should expect? Looking through the omega website shows several 300MC out of stock in addition to the X-33 models. Maybe we see more aqua terra dial colors or even speedy dial colors?
I read in another thread there is an online dealer event on the 24th. Hopefully info isn’t embargoed and can go live soon after
If the AD’s know, even one of them, everyone will know. Embargo’s don’t work with those guys as they’re the biggest gossips on earth. Hilariously the watch industry media are extremely good at keeping embargo’s and secrets but the boutiques and dealers, especially in the US are on the phones the moment they find out anything to their 20 best customers who in turn tell us along with everyone else they know.
Feels like Omega is spreading out their releases instead of timing it all at once. With Baselworld gone and a lot moving online, makes sense to me.
In addition to the new line of 300's, it would be nice if they came out with something like that Swiss Army watch from a few months ago.
What do you guys think of a 300m vintage style in bronze? It seems Omega is late in the game with Tudor etc. but I like this rendering.
Just their most famous watch and one of the most important watches in history was updated on the first Tuesday of the year. On a side note, I like how Omega has been announcing some big Speedmaster news on the first Tuesday of the year.
Durability is good as it’s marine grade normally. It will patina quickly though from what I have read. they can be cleaned back to new, or as some do super aged by soaking in salt and acid for a few days.
