I’ve always considered my wrists to be skinny, snappable twigs. In a recent post of mine regarding clasps, I was asked my wrist size. Turns out they are 7 3/4” which, looking around, seems about average. I’m 5’11 and 15 1/2 stone. What’s your wrist size?
Well, I just used a tape measure but reading this, I should have added 1.5cm to my measurement. Anyway, my wrist size changes throughout the day so I have an adjustable clasp. https://www.cartier.co.uk/en-gb/ser...bracelet-size-measuring-your-wrist-12424.html
6.5" but luckily flat rather than round so I can wear a decent range of watches. 36mm the sweet spot though .
getting sick & confused here with measurements in inches and millimeters . Remember that's why NASA's Mars Climate Orbiter was lost in 1999 as Lockheed Martin engineering team used English units of measurement while the agency's team used the more conventional metric system
Mine just under 7" but flat. Sweet spot 37-39 that I like nowadays. Speedy Moonwatch 42 mm fits well so does Seiko Turtle 45 mm.
“Just the facts, just the facts” sgt Friday. Ohhhhh...I get it now. You thought I was talkin dirty. I had a big watch in mind.
6-1/2 to 6-3/4 in the summer. 36-40mm seems to be my speetspot for watch diameter (what else is new!?)
Hmm I am the bird bone one here. 6". Does mean that the modern trend of ever larger watches look a bit daft on me.
