Honestly, it depends on what you value. The Panerai rubber and leather straps are in a different league in terms of robustness, the cases are finished equally as well with perhaps a very slight nod to Omega, the lume is generally equal, the glass is better treated with Omegas in terms of AR coating, crown action is superior with Panerai. I think the Panerai I own now compared to the last few (recent) Omegas I have owned, I have to give the edge to Panerai.

 

I like them, I have to say I do prefer the smaller case Radomirs if I were to ever try one on. They do come across a little trendy though so doubt I will buy one any time soon but still admire them in the wild.

 

That's interesting, I'm considering the blue Luminor due with the blue dial and steel bracelet. Can I ask why you bought it and moved it on?

 

I miss having a decent unitas 6497/8 watch. Thus Panerai is on my list not sure which on though.

I enjoy my Panerais and they are very different in appearance compared to Omega and Rolex.

I like the look of em, but they're too big for my taste (and my wrist)

7.25” wrist but it’s the PAM048 which is 40mm.
