While on the bus I saw a guy wearing a WG Submariner. I am 99% certain it was genuine. My vision is better than my camera's zoom. Everything looked right. I think he might be a specialist in medicine.

Oooo, that's one of the MOST faked Rolexes. The scammers were making these in stainless YEARS before Rolex came out with the real WG version.

Luckily, James might be one of the few here that might be able to name the brand.

    Oh, soooo many jokes....... :D

No, I buy the same pair of Reeboks all the time. Plain old white with white soles. Old fishing habit - white soles don't scuff the deck, and white uppers clean up easily.

Not really a French cuff guy. Tried it, didn't like it, so now I'm back to normal cuffs.

Wearing a bad tie, a badly ironed (polyester/cotton?) shirt, rolled up sleeves, an overly fat wallet stuffed in his pocket and not wearing bus pants?

I hardly think this sartorial saboteur would bother with a genuine watch to finish of his outfit <satirical smile icon>

    Cheers

And wearing his ID/touchpass in a public place??

    Why do people do that???

Is it to let everyone know that they are employed??

Mine comes off and goes into my bag as soon as I get through the exits.

that is a very ex-military thing to do - not wear your pass off campus. security issue, especially if your security clearance or where you work is readily identifiable.

The clothing is indeed low-grade hospital attire, a carry-over from postgraduate medical training, which he has just completed. The bulky wallet is stuffed with the dozen credit cards he has accumulated during residency and fellowship, all maxed out as a result of his recent, self-congratulatory purchase of that blue-dialed, 18k orgasm of delayed gratification. He wears the "Hello, I'm a doctor!" ID badge in public for the same reasons that he wears that white gold wrist-ingot: part status symbol, part courtship display. Elementary, really.

Considering you're the "Spy" you need to invest in a super macro zoom scope... Xmas present maybe? ;)
