Its not sold. He took it out to re list it. He says he was offered up to 10K. So coming back

I saw the orange hand in the thumbnails and, I confess, I let out an expletive. I believe the line was "Oh **** me, not an Ultraman?!" Anyway, no ... it's not. But the bezel would part out at not much below the listed price.

I spoke to him and he said he would be re listing on Monday. I can assure you he will do you wrong if you paid for it already.

 

Sucks he refunded my money. Dont understand why people wont respect when something is sold. Going to call ebay and see whhat can be done.

 

FYI.....The only reason I contacted him is to see if he had any more watches coming up for sale

I've had this done to me so many times, it sucks, there are too May sharks out there and too many people happy to throw you under the bus to get the item........ the world has a lot of low people in it!

 

@Noles_88 Bummer... I know that some people would honor that but I suppose you can't really blame him. Not saying I agree with it, but $7,500+ extra is a LOT of money to give up just based on principle.

 

I disagree. This is a binding contract. This is not a word of mouth deal. Hes a business not a collector. This is not a good practice. But oh well. Lets see if i can get it as deserved. Ebay is contacting him and said that consequences will follow if he does not abide by sending me the watch. So lets see.

 

Happened to me regarding 2915 parts and it really hurt. Unfortunately ebay lets a seller cancel a sale for a short period of time.

Didn't notice he was a pawnbroker. In that case you're right, he should have done the research beforehand. And as a business he should certainly be holding himself to a higher standard.
