Check this out, these are I believe the sapphire inserts that go into the displaybacks on limited edition Speedmasters. I recognise the Apollo 11 35th anniversary Speedmaster back, and the Snoopy back, but the third one is a bit weird, its clearly the same thing, but it looks a bit like the islands of Hawaii

BTW yes, part of the point of this thread was to impress the Americans by being able to identify the islands of Hawaii on a Speedmaster caseback by their shape in spite of being an Australian

 

I think Australia is more than twice the distance to HI vs the US mainland (based on my memory of flight times).
