Mrs S likes Austin Kaye in the Strand opposite Charing Cross station. They have a website with the various used watches they have in stock. I've thought them rather pricey for those watches I've been looking at or for.
Burlington Arcade is a great place for looking, although not for buying since it's a crazy overpriced tourist trap.
Portobello road market and the vernon arcade are always worth a look on a saturday, dealers know what they have but there can be some real rich pickings
