Watchmakers of the Past photos from Fernand Perret

    I stumbled upon this article in Le Temps about the photograph Fernand Perret who dedicated his talent to the watch industry based in Neuchatel.
    The pictures were taken between 1945 and 1969 and I thought they were beautiful. There should be more in La Chaux-De-Fond as it is said that they have over 100 000 negatives at the library (Département audio visuel (DAV)) on top of several dozen original prints. It's probably worth a visit.

    Great photos! I hope more and more photos will be available online and show some of the more well known brands we know today.
