Watchmakers in Finland or Latvia?

I am looking for a good watchmaker(s) who's near me.
Preferably in Finland and Latvia. I could just drive there. Don't want to send the watch.

I live in Estonia and watchmakers I've met don't really want to work on vintage Swiss watches. There's one guy who does, but he's still learning the trade, but he charges the same as Omega or Zenith would.

I mostly want to service my Omegas and Zeniths. Chronographs.

So, if you know some people, let me know!
