No messing about, no stress when my bank put a stop on the payment (I used 'watchlovr as my reference and for some reason the bank thought I'd been hacked). Colin asked for a voice conversation which is always a good sign, sent the watch phenomenally securely packed in two parcels, shared the photos of the packages so I knew what to watch for and could spot immediate tampering and stayed in regular contact until he was sure I was happy with the watch - which was of course as described.
