May we see better pics of these two beauties please?🥰
Don’t know if these will be any better. I have an older iPhone and my photographic skills are nothing to crow about.

And finally, this Seamaster with cal. 321.

I was hunting a watch like this quite a long time and heavily wanted one. When I finally got it, I realized that it was most probably never worn having still its original, unworn strap. So although I really wanted that reference, the watch sits in the safe all the time, again just taken out for pics.

BTW, these are amazing ! The 145.005 is such an undervalued reference. Woooo hoooo, congrats for having unearthed this immaculate example ! 🥰

My concerns have nothing to do with value. It's just that I don't want to make a scratch to a vintage watch in NOS condition. Like you don't want to break the 200 years old Meissen porcelain you got from your grandma.

Isn't any watch at higher value wasteful to some degree? In particular the tenth, twentieth or sixtieth watch?

Absolutely, however I am speaking from my own perspective— for me it’s not a waste if I can enjoy wearing it and if I bought it at a price I could recover by selling in case of need.
But a complete waste if it’s going to sit unused in a dark place.

I am exactly the same!

Thanks for sharing that photo of your 3000. An iconic car in a fantastic paint scheme!
You are welcome! And thank you!

Thanks! What a beautiful watch!

Definitely! But with the current downsizing, it will get more attention soon.

Thank you!

Impossible for me not to wear the holy grail,

many years ago, I had luck to buy a NOS watch. I won't wear it at the end,
so I bought a second gently more used one to wear it....
as time goees by, it was a correct decision.

Some lovely “Art” shown here. I recall articles on how “Art Futures” trading have resulted in great works sitting crated in secured warehouses. I like the art analogy actually. There is nothing in my collection that fails to see the light of day. Since i’m not going into an office anymore or traveling, they get worn around the house or while I’m on errands. The saddest however are my gold chronographs....🙁
